Basic API functionality to support Inxmails tracking permission logic

Use-Case

An Inxmail customer using the Magento 1 Module should be able to easily extend the functionality of his shop to support the synchronisation of the tracking permission to Inxmail Professional.

Acceptance Criteria

• Each newsletter subscriber is able to grant or revoke the tracking permission per subscribed list
• When the tracking permission is granted or revoked, the tracking permission state is transferred in real time to Inxmail Professional
• Only the TrackingPermissionManager is used for this functionality, as performance of the integration will drop considerably otherwise
• There is a block that can be incorporated in the customer account view containing example code to trigger the logic -- this block should not be included by default in the view -- this block must contain a highlighted text displayed in the Frontend: "Example Code - This block does not ensure that your shop is EU-GDPR compliant" -- this block must contain in code the following text (comment): "This is an example code to facilitate implementation if you want to use the tracking permission features of Inxmail Professional. Inxmail will not provide any guidance on how to collect the tracking permission and its evaluation within your magento installation. Further, this code does not ensure that your shop is EU-GDPR compliant. By using this code you are aware of this and accept it. -- a checkbox reflects the current state of the tracking permission within the current store view

Hello Falco,

we did the estimation and think we will be between 2 and 3 days. The most of the time will be used to understand the old api implementation, because the developer who did that before is not anymore in the team. And in the new magento module we have the nice easy rest-api.

I believe we already paid once the "transfer" fee from DND to Flagbit to get you on board, so why should be pay again for it? On the other hand, the new functionality does require some onboarding - fair enough. I trust you, that the billing will consider this in a fair manner. Please proceed with the implementation.
