Does Mobius support partial retrieve request ? #17

Hi, Mobius

I'm trying to use "Partial retrieve request" specified in "TS-0004 7.3.3.6 Retrieve the resource:Partial retrieve request" with Mobius, but it doesn't work properly. To figure it out, I grepped "atrl(attributeList)" keyword in the source tree, but there wasn't any implementation of it.

Let me know whether Mobius support "Partial retrieve request" or not.
