Restart gyr button should be added. It will restart:
[ ] systemctl restart gyrwebtier.service (from system process excec in ruby)
[ ] systemctl restart gyrreadertier.service (from system process excec in ruby)
Ultimately this feature is very linux specific. If you make changes to the configuration, you should reboot the server. There might be a better way to handle this. Don't start work on this until we consider options.
