So I will start reading on this tonight and will comment on the effort. There is a client and a server part. So I'll update the related issue on what is involved.

First things first, need to get familiar with the changes in the symbol / catapult spec.

Spec printed. Initial impressions are that the architecture has added extensibility and also a clearer picture of the components in the blockchain.
