Image file not saving and hot keys not assignable #359

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Options-Shortcut keys drop downs not clickable
2. Files not saving. Can't find PNG
3. No place to specify target saved file folder? Does it use the same folder as 
downloaded files. Can't find it there either.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Ability to pick shortcut 
keys from the drop down and ability to get a PNG file and pick where it saves 
to.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome Version 35.0.1916.114 m
Screen Capture (by Google) 5.1.4
