Think in a replacement of git submodules #9

git submodules are complicated as we can see here Mastering Git submodules, i think we should use a better solution.

The intention, is to let ionic source as much close as possible of developers, in a way that is really use to start hacking Ionic source, and it could become a pull request to Ionic source...

But submodules, I think there're better way to do this..
