Can anyone tell me if the failing tests seem related to this PR? I noticed #4 calling out failed tests, but it sounds like it is an issue with running on notebooks.

I think it's caused by an earlier commit from me. I've poked into it, and maybe it's my unfamiliarity with the tool chain, but I think I'll need to ask Tony about it. So you're not doing anything wrong, but I think Tony and I might need to meet up soon so I can get a handle on the tests.

Based on our last meeting, I'm merging all meeting notes PRs. Please let me know if you find issues afterwards and I'll be happy to fix them!
