Hi @isabela-pf and @Jenneh,

Trying to push a commit to @isabela-pf's PR, not sure if this will work or if it will create a new PR.

I wanted to make some edits to provide more details on the formats and to give more context in the intro. Please feel free to revert any (or all) of this if you don't like the direction.

Hi @isabela-pf , hope you're having a good Monday. I propose to merge this PR that includes all the commits from #42. (I'll merge #42 first.) I built things out a little and simplified the intro, plus put some additional headings in for organization. If there's anything you'd like to change or revert we can do that after the merge. I ran the edits by @Jenneh by email and incorporated her suggestions.
