A follow up PR from #45 which I reverted in #46 to fix the documentation prior to the event. Now that we have time to work out documentation issues, I'd like to add links back into the authoring checklist.

This PR does not add or remove any documents, only links out to resources to help further explain portions of the recommendations or related accessibility resources.
