Rewritten most of the web app

Changes

Rewritten JS code base to use jQuery
Moved styles into a SCSS file
Updated yt_crawl.py to support the new data set
Added a live search feature (although it might hurt performance on some devices)

Commit 6681d83 can be reverted to disable live search, although it will still update the results just on an invisible table
