More permissive licensing #100

I've been thinking about this one for a while: I think we should switch to a less restrictive licensing. MIT is a little too permissive for my taste though: I was thinking about (CC-BY-NC-SA)[http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/], although I'm a little put off by the SA clause that seems a little too close to GPL.

@602p , what do you think of this?

Poking @Daishi-KSP as now we include his/her assets. What do you think?

Just make a clause that the physical assets are not to be distributed outside the bounds of the mod - they aren't too essential for Dangit to work anyway.

Well, this is going to be a bit tricky as it is my understanding that they have been already released under the current license (GPLv3). Not that big of an issue aside that we'll have to remember to switch to "restricted" on CKAN with the next release.

How about licensing the code as MIT, and the assets as ARR? Would that work for @Daishi-KSP and @602p ?
