The procedural tanks by Procedural Parts are not recognized because they don't contain any RESOURCE node in their config file.

PParts works with a workaround with a bit of MM configs and MFT 1) apply tank reliability module to part (forcefully as no resource) 2) removeTextureSwitcher (PParts method of variable sized tanks) 3) add MFT tank, with conversionbyvolume its a bandaid, not cure, when ship is launched it adds in the resource node, and Dangit works with PP :) short term until a cure, might be worth passing out an MM file if dangit/PP/MFT all used
