Occasional Startup Crashes (ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException) #561

Hey there :)

Now and then woot crashes on startup during the sided_setup event phase.

Minecraft: 1.16.5 Forge: 36.2.22 and 36.2.23 Woot version: 1.0.8.1

I'm seeing a similar report on another mod (ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException). I'll see what their fix was and try to understand why it sometimes causes an issue.

I'll roll that out in the next release -hopefully it makes the problem go away.
