Use uppercase for letters #35

Mostly when I use letters it's for houses like 2A etc. Locally to me at least, these are in uppercase, rather than lowercase, meaning that I then need to change each one individually in JOSM before uploading. So it would be great if there was at least an option to use uppercase rather than lowercase for the letters.

I'm pretty sure different standards are used in different countries. Personally I like lowercase, and that is what the old Keypad-Mapper 3 used.

Which type is more commonly used? Is there some way of finding this out?
