In this pull I implemented the following requirements:

The user logs in to the website, only by typing the username.
Design and implement login page

@Iqbal-Elham everything seems good. The design is awesome. However, I think you should add the password, and email.

Hi @Muhammad0602, Thank you for you time and reviewing my pull request, however I think the requirement for us, that we we are 4 people in team we have to implement the login only by user name so that's why I did like that.
