smarine footsteps sound and hitsound on getting hit by rail not playing #139

[05:56] nAeb: hm, rail was shot by arya at entrance of tunnel, i would say you wouldnt hear a thing on that disrance in tunnel, maybe its a fuckup in OpenAL [05:56] nAeb: maybe colluci should disable positional ounds to hear them louder

s_useOpenAl <0|1> to switch between SDL and OpenAL sound backends.

Here's when Arya was first spotted for a split second participating in the whole scramble https://i.imgur.com/VjT4S4t.jpg Here's when he railed me for the first time and by this point he made no footstep sounds nor sounds of firing a rail https://i.imgur.com/Tld9N6w.jpg, the sound of him hitting me was overrun by the sound of pummel killing another player close to me. In the tunnel it took him less than a second to reach me and return the flag, so I'd say he was in close enough proximity to be heard.

But yeah, the issue is that he wasn't heard at all through out the 6seconds clip, and he was really close to the action, and neither of his rail shots made a sound.
