Alert when node don´t receive logs #77

I think that can be very useful if you can setup a alert when logs stops to 
arrive to node.

Yes, this would definitely be a good feature to have.  I think the main 
challenge will be designing an interface for specifying what the alarm interval 
should be, as I think that it will need to be set on a per-host basis in some 
cases.  Would a default interval in the elsa_web.conf be enough?

A default interval is perfect for me. 
And maybe a multiselection listbox with the servers in a new submenu under 
admin. In this way you can select only the server that you want to monitor the 
logs are arriving. When a new server send new logs, this one is added to this 
list.

i don´t know if this idea fits to your code.

This is implemented as of revision 524 using the "host_checks" and 
"admin_email_address" config line in elsa_web.conf.
