Disappearing acorn #13

Possibly related to #4.

I placed an acorn in the hall below the stone of unbarring, planning to use the tree there ... but after much faffing about involving failed parkour, some time traveling, and even some quitting/reloading the game to change various settings, when I returned, the acorn and tree were nowhere to be found.

I cannot reliably reproduce this yet.

Have you seen this problem again? I've tried my best to break the system but I can't get any nodes to disappear.
