Change default allauth emails to look like other CM emails #1412

We can send our own custom emails through Mandrill instead of the default allauth ones.

Noticed all of our email templates are out of date and actually not sure any welcome emails are being sent to TF families... I'll open another ticket to take a look at these.

Emailed Audra for thoughts on a template, suggested something similar to TG emails

@stenington has this been addressed or superseded by other Mandrill-related rebranding updates?

@stenington bumping this up. Seems we have a general design now and I'm wondering if other Mandrill updates covered these emails or not.

Nope, it wouldn't have dealt with these I don't think. These are sent straight from the app through SMTP, not a Mandrill API call to send a template stored there.
