Allow mentors to add other mentors to a team

Due to existing platform architecture mentors can't directly invite other mentors to join a team they're on. We presume this is because mentors may be on multiple teams.

Determine if this change is a desired feature and build it out if so.

MyTeam / Mentors is a page template shared by Students, Mentors and Admins but after the updates to that page some of the text doesn't make sense for mentors due to differing functionality

• Student view: button says "search for a mentor to invite" --> mentor search w/ invite buttons
• Mentor view: button should say... TBD --> mentor search [currently w/o invite buttons]

It has increasingly become a CET strategy to encourage multiple mentors on each team. Especially when engaging a new corporate parter. This feature provides a very easy way for multiple mentors from the same company to get on the same team to work as a 'team of mentors'.

next steps:

• clarify the existing pattern for a mentor to enter a team's submission when they're on multiple teams (how does the platform select or let the user select which one to submit?)
• document the current mentor UI
• spike on backend implications
