Resending emails to confirm a new email address #4379

When someone updates their email address, they receive an email to confirm their new email address; we need a way for this email to be re-sent, ideally the person who is updating their email address could request another confirmation email, and/or be able to cancel the request and start the process again.

For reference, we've had a few support requests regarding this.
