There are four tasks for a ChA to be fully onboarded:
Complete background check
Take training quiz
Sign legal agreement
Review community page
We need to set up a system where the onboarding tasks are tracked for each ChA. That will support:
The correct page being marked as "done" in the left column on the ChA dashboard
The steps and their completion status visible on the admin participant page for that ChA
The onboarding steps stored in a way that the status can be shared with Salesforce and Tableau
Filtering by and displaying the onboarding step as a column on the chapter ambassador admin page
This ticket covers creating the onboarding tracking system, whether that is a separate onboarding table or some other system. Connecting the table to specific displays/filters and the display for specific task on the ChA page will be separate tickets.
