I can address this while I'm adding the onboarded filter to the chapter's datagrid, in #4828. 👍

This is on Preview, I addressed the n+1 queries on the chapter's datagrid, but there's nothing to test really though, everything should work as expected.

I used a few filters, added additional columns, and exported data on the chapters admin page. Everything worked as expected!
