I'm not sure this is the right place to document this, but just wanted to document it somewhere. We had an error from the Dousign webhook, where the envelope_id
for the signed document could not be matched to a document on our platform. This is because the document was sent last season (and therefore wouldn't have a matching document on our side), and signed (maybe by a bot or spammer). This error can be safely ignored, there isn't anything for us to do in this case.

Default the ChA admin page (/admin/chapter_ambassadors) to show ChAs for the current season
This should be fixed on QA now. A side comment, I wonder if we'll want this for the Chapters admin page too at some point.
Confirming that I see the 2025 filter applied as a default to the ChA admin page.
One note is that it's impossible to remove the season and just view all ChAs. This is also true when searching for participants on other admin pages so may be something we want to address globally at another time.

Ah, good find! That's definitely not ideal. I have a fix for the ChA datagrid (which most likely could also be used for the participants datagrid). It will go to QA after code review and can go out with the next deploy (after the one today).

Also, I addressed everything so far for the this issue. We're a week+ past the launch, any new issues we find can go in a new/separate issue. 👍
