Bug: Multiple DocuSign documents that were sent, ensure they are onboarding correctly #4967

From #4947, if someone received duplicate documents, they may not be onboarding correctly

For this one, there are 9 ChAs with duplicate documents, 4 ChAs have both documents signed, 5 have one signed and one in the "sent" status.

For the ChAs with both documents signed I think we can just leave them as is.

For the ChAs with one document signed and one sent, I'm thinking we should void the sent documents (originally I thought just to delete them). We don't currently have a GUI to void ChA legal agreements, but I can do it at the command line. If we're okay with this approach I can do this tomorrow.

I'm fine with voiding the duplicate ChA legal agreements via the command line.

i also verified that for each ChA^ that they have their green checkmark for the legal agreement, so I think we're good!
