Update seasons filter on ChA's participants datagrid #5078

The seasons filter on the chapter ambassador's datagrid should only show participants who were a part of their chapter for the selected season.

A note on this one, since this is the first season using the new chapter assignment functionality, ChAs won't be able to view participants from seasons prior to this one... But for example, in the 2026 season, a ChA could see participants that were a part of their chapter for the 2025 season or the 2026 season; and also participants who participated in both the 2025 season and the 2026 season; also noting, we'll probably have to manually manipulate data on Preview to test this there. 🤔

Confirming I see the season filter on the ChA's participant grid on preview. I'm not sure how to test the multiple season filtering since we only have one season of data.
