It seems as all builds are failing within seconds of starting.

I wonder if this is related to docker updates

I think we are using the new upgrade due to the phrasing

You will be able to tell if your job has run on the new infrastructure if the “Spin up environment” step includes the phrase Using the v2 container runtime.

I checked the last builds to pass and they were using v1 and all current builds using v2 ar failing

I just rerand the last failed preview build and it seems to be running as expected. I do see the older docker v1 being used

This seems to be resolved. I just pushed my branch and circleci seems to be running as expected.
