Particle Effects #42

Addings some particle effects to the enchants would be cool

Particle Triggers Arrow, Blocks, Players, Combat

And then maybe different effects like

RANDOM (spawns partciels in a random location) TRAIL (leaves a trail of particles when you walk)

could do something like

PARTICLE:BLOCK:RANDOM:FLAME PARTICLE:Players:TRAIL:SNOWFLAKE
