IridiumSkyblock's chat features are lacking, here are some ways to improve them.

Implement message cooldowns to fix #789
Pass chat control for island chat to chat handling plugins, such as EssentialsXChat, so that colors, prefixes, nicknames, etc. will be honored.
Provide hooks for plugins like RoseChat, DiscordSRV
Add an optional member tag for players in the island chat
Chat API

I'm going to draft some changes once we get 4.1.0 out, I'm thinkin' we implement a system in Teams to handle messages directly.
