When was the last time you used it? If you're trying to compress a whole drive in one go, that's intentionally disabled. You'll have to use the command line for that (It's smarter to do that anyway).
The error message says it's either a system folder, root directory or non-NTFS drive. If you're trying to compress the whole disk, that falls under the second category (root directory)
Later when I've launched CompactGUI and chose either HDD or SSD, the program worked fine. Today I've tried to compact my SSD and received notification as "This either is system folder, root directory or non-NFTS drive and cannot be selected".
What the hell is that supposed to mean? Last time everything was OK and it compressed both SSD and HDD, now it refuses to compress both of them and keeps telling me that they all are system folders. Please help to solve this problem.
