v3.0.2: Tooltip for the app when hovering its icon in the notification area is empty (Windows 11) #390

Hopefully it can be modified to display the app name, alternatively and additionally displaying how many folders that are being watched as well, since that's why it keeps running in the notification area; something like “CompactGUI (watching X folders)”.
