It will no longer open and instantly crashes, and I have changed nothing that I recall other than Windows updates, which are the following:

1 - 2024-01 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034204)

2 - 2024-01 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 23H2 for x64 (KB5034467)

Deleting the watcher.json file seems to have resolved this issue.
