Opening CompactGUI results in it closing within a few seconds #400

Hey all

I don't remember what I was doing the last time I used CGUI but ever since then the program doesn't open anymore IIRC I tried compressing something I shouldn't have and ever since then I haven't been able to use it I tried running it with admin priv., compatibility modes and, I haven't had any luck. The app will open and the window will show up but the mouse cursor will just be the loading symbol and the app will just close itself

Just updated to the latest version and no change

I'd appreciate any help, thank you

Try going to %IridiumIO%/CompactGUI in Explorer, and delete the settings.json file there.

Before you delete it though, can you open it and paste the contents here so I can see what's causing the issue?

Hello, using Notepad++ this is all I got in Settings.json But this did work, thank you!

And all I see is "NULL" repeatedly Untitled

Very weird. Open task manager and go to details, then confirm that compactgui.exe isn't running there

I verified in Task manager that it wasn't open I monitored task manager when opening compactgui and it would just crash It is working perfectly now though
