[Feature Request] Make it installable with Winget #432

Submit the application to Winget for easy installing and updating.

I have looked at this before but it was being weird so I gave up. Will definitely try again though as I've been using Winget for a lot of other stuff!

Turns out @GhoulBoii already created a Winget package for 3.2.1

I've just created an update for 3.3.0 which hopefully will be up soon. Because it's a portable app, you'll have to manually go in afterwards and create a start menu shortcut for it (thought it works if you do Win+R > CompactGUI)
