Hello,

constantly when I use CompactGUI on bigger folders it causes a BSOD episode.

Why does it happen I have 64 GB of RAM?

Can you check the event viewer and send me the crash log for CompactGUI? Might have to google exactly where to find it but it should be under system> applications or something like that

Similar case for me since I updated. PC randomly hangs in current state. I assume this happens at eventually while watching directories. It could imagine it has to do with a folder being watched twice - as direct watcher-entry and while being a subfolder of another watcher-entry. Note that I don't know for sure if it's really caused by CompactGUI.

I can't seem to find a corresponding entry in Event Viewer, but I'll attach some logs. Maybe you can find something helpful in there.

I'm unsure when the crash happened, since I wasn't using my computer at that moment, but looking through the Security Logs, the gap only starts at 13:25:32, and ends at 14:59:57 (next startup). Another entry states: The previous system shutdown at 1:14:17 PM on ‎10/‎27/‎2024 was unexpected.

What I use and think could possibly be related:
