What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Include Prototype v1.6.1 in your test page
2. Refresh your IE8 browser
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"We were unable to return you to the page you were viewing. Internet
Explorer has stopped trying to restore this website"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
HTC dated Nov 18 2009, IE 8.0.6001.18702, WinXP SP3
