Inspector- "Data is in process" message got displayed when tries to submit the order with status "pending submission" #225

Description: "Data is in process" message got displayed when tries to submit the order with status "pending submission" steps to reproduce: 1) Login to the application with valid cred. 2) go to submitted orders page and check for an order with status as pending submission. 3) click on view button of that order. 4) click on submit button.

result: when clicked on submit button the app was loaded for sometime and displayed a "data in process" message.
