Dashboard Creating new task status is still done but is supposed to be submitted. #227

While creating a new task in dashboard, the status options is till new, doing and done. Whereas, it should be new, doing and submitted. The task board in the dashboard has submitted tab (which was changed from done as per the client request) but the status in creating new task screen is still done.
