Inspector- The data under connection type is getting displayed wrongly as what was entered while creating the report. #230

Description: The data under connection type is getting displayed wrongly as what was entered while creating the report.. Steps to reproduce: 1) Login to the application with valid cred. 2) go to inspection order page and click on an order. 3) Add item to the order. 4) create report for the items added. 5) Click on arrow button for an item to add images and other data. 6) Enter data under connection type for one of the order and save as draft. 7) Repeat the steps 5 and 6 for another item in the order. 8) View the report for an items by clicking on view button.

result: Observed that both the reports displays same data under connection type even though when user enters different data for each item.
