Description: images added in the report are getting disappeared as soon as user saves it as draft. Steps to reproduce: 1) Login to the application with valid cred. 2) Go to inspection orders and click on an order. 3) Add new item for the order and then create reports. 4) click on the arrow button for an item and then add images, dimensions, results and save as draft. do the same process for your task. RESULT: observed that the images went missing when inspector clicks on save as draft and reopen the item report again.
