Description: User when tries to submit a blank orders, it was loading for a long time, user has to logout and login to perform the action.

Steps to reproduce: 1) Login to the application with valid cred. 2) Go to your Blank order tab and add a new blank order by clicking on "Add new blank order" 3) Click on 3 dots for the blank order and click on submit button.

Result: the application was loading for a long time and user has to login out and login back to submit the order. Also observed that the edit is working for the 2nd click only for both DEV and UAT.
