Description: ⦁ User when submits an order online, the status got displayed as "Pending submission." when submitted it through Your task.

Steps to reproduce: 1) Login to the application with valid cred. 2) Go to your task tab and click on any task. 3) Add new items to the order and create reports. 4) Go to report page and click on an item to add images and other data which is required. 5) insert signature and click on save as draft button. 6) Click on submit button. 7) Go to submitted order tab.

result: User when submits an order online, the status got displayed as "Pending submission." when submitted it through Your task.
