Description: "An error occurred while updating the entries. See the inner exception for details" and "Order has a report" messages got displayed when inspector tried to Submit an order. Steps to reproduce 1) Login to the application with valid cred. 2) Go to inspection orders page and select an order. 3) Add items and report for the order. 4) click on a item report and add images and the data required. 5) Click on save as draft. 6) repeat step 4) and 5) for another item. 7) Go to other tabs and then logout and login to the application. 8) Go back to the inspection orders page and select the same order that you saved as draft. 9) click on submit button.
