Admin- User can drag and drop a task only for one time, when tried to drag and drop for the second time its not working. User has to refresh the application in order to do so.

Description: User can drag and drop a task only for one time, when tried to drag and drop for the second time its not working. Steps to reproduce: 1) Login to the application with valid cred. 2) Go to dashboard and add tasks. 3) Drag and drop task A for the first time. 4) Try to drag and drop the same Task A for the second time.
