Admin- Unable to Approve the order under submitted orders. #246

Description: Unable to Approve the order under submitted orders. Steps to reproduce: 1) Login to the application with valid cred. 2) Go to Submitted orders page and click on any order. 3) Go to the bottom of the page and click on Approve button.

RESULT: when clicked on approve button the order was not getting approved.
