Admin- The submitted date is not in an acc/desc order in the list , its displaying the orders randomly.

Description: the submitted orders is not displayed in an order according to the submitted date, it displayed the orders randomly without any sorting.

Steps to reproduce: 1) login to the application with valid cred. 2) Go to Submitted order tab. 3) View the submitted order list.
