When entering the results, scope and observations, the screen does not scroll down so the typing space is hidden by the keyboard (i.e. you cannot see what you are typing)

Observation has drop down option so if it is supposed to be selected from drop down need to remove the feature of being able to type otherwise need to show in the screen what the user is typing.
