Shader Settings Search Bar #1218

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I was playing around with the shader configuration menu yesterday, and I was looking for a specific setting that I wanted to change, if the shader had it. Optifine never had a search bar either, but I figured I might as well propose the idea as it seems convenient for the end user.

Describe the solution you'd like Just a simple search bar in the root level of the shader options, doesn't have to be anything fancy, just something that works.
