Program linking errors are not properly caught, causing OpenGL log spam #1412

What happened?

OpenGL errors are generated when using Fayer Enhanced Default with Mesa drivers.

It happens whenever I enter a world (so probably on shaders reload). On 1.2.2 I only saw an error about unsupported uniform vec4, so I just blamed it on a feature of Complementary that is not supported by Iris yet. (Especially that it wasn't causing such a spam).
