Changelogs:

fixed annoyingly forcing DebugMode state to false instead of leaving as it is.
now inserts entries to ticket log history (Database), but not the first log-in, and last log-out yet.
updated to fetch only 20 ticket logs in history to avoid unpractical rendering, due to laziness of fixing that if so.
